To install the printer, first DOWNLOADthe PC printer driver to your laptop (accept all security warnings) and double click. It will take a few seconds to install but that’s all you need to do. Once the printer is installed you will find it named as Kyocera TASKalfa 2552ci KX.
For Apple users
To install the printer, first DOWNLOAD the Apple printer driver to your laptop (accept all security warnings) and install.
Follow the instuctions. It will take a few seconds to install.
Then, go to your Mac settings and install the printer by choosing a network printer on this IP adress 192.168.1.240 / Line Printer / choose software driver Kyocera TASKalfa 2552ci.
The new printer will be named as the IP address 192.168.1.240.
